ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Marttini by lana ONLY offers exchanges or credit notes to our customers as we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and continue shopping with Marttini.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and garments must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and have original tags along with proof of purchase receipt.
Once Marttini by lana has received your returned Package, all returned items will be inspected before an exchange or credit note is issued. Marttini by lana reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit note if items are not in original condition. You will be notified via email or Phone if your returned item is not suitable for an exchange or credit note.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Marttini by lana will not be issued an exchange or credit note. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months on the date issued on the credit note, you will receive your credit note via email and Online credit notes can only be used online.
We do not give Refunds, exchanges or give credit notes for Jewellery, Swimwear, Sale items and Items bought using discount codes.
Please Note we can exchange online purchases Instore as long as you have proof of purchase and it is within the 14 day time frame.
STORE RETURNS POLICY
Marttini by lana purchases brought in store we offer exchanges or credit notes within 7 days.
Garments must be in original condition, unworn,
unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and have original tags along with proof of purchase receipt.
Credit notes are valid for 1 month from the date issued on the credit note and are to be used in store only.
We do not give Refunds, exchanges or give credit notes for Jewellery, Swimwear, Sale items, Items bought using discount codes and do not exchange on already exchanged items.
Marttini by lana examines from top to bottom all garments before they are sent out to our customers to avoid any faults and that garments are at a high level of quality for our customers.
In the case of a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to replace, repair, exchange or offer a credit note. Please make sure you have notified us and items must be received within 14 days of initial purchase for faulty items to be accepted.
Stock sells out very fast at Marttini by lana so we suggest you notify us as soon as you can as we cannot guarantee the item purchased is still in stock.

All orders should be returned to the address below. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Marttini by lana.
